One thing to consider about the shape of that building is that it may be faceted to thwart cruise missles and blast effects. It loojs like the hangar is also recessed into the ground so a desert-skimming missle would have very little to look at on approach, would have to pop-up pretty high to aquire and hit it (allowing interception time to accumulate), and a near miss would be ineffective. The main bays of the hanger are probably 90 degrees off of the entrances (like NORAD's Cheynne Mountain) to prevent damage from a blast on a hanger door.
