Red painted KnoxBox equipment container identical to ones at Project Faultless. When I found these at PF back in 2006 I also noted Watershed and aquifer of PF area supplied all of the Tikapoo Valley. Strangely enough, When I pointed this out to Pat at The Inn....& even George Knapp at the TV station in Las Vegas, no one seemed interested! I found the strange!!!!
