That's a pretty conventional tilt-up pre-fab metal building. they can be retrofitted to accommodate hundreds of purposes. given the shadwo length on the north side, I would say it is not two-story, just a higher pitched roof. Per my experience, Despite never appearing to be busy, it always seems to have a couple cars there; The addition of those AC units implies to me it has regular human occupation. Although i cannot see the north face of the building, that shape of the large gravel drive on the north side implies to me that it offers some sort of loading capacity.
