How far away from the rest of the facility is it? At the very least, given that it's in the middle of the desert, there would need to be enough room for maybe a golf cart or a jeep to ferry folks to and from the building and turn around. I'll confess my ignorance here and say that I don't know how far away it's being built from the rest of The Base, but it doesn't seem likely that it'd be just twenty feet away from another building.
