I'll definitely report back if I get anywhere with this. I was already thinking ahead to an eventuality where some government agency confirms that the withdrawal has expired, but it's an entirely different matter if security at the perimeter knows about that and/or Lincoln County Sheriff. So what I'm saying is the first step is to get some official written confirmation that the withdrawal is expired and that it's public land and then the next step would be to somehow validate that on the ground, with of course that written confirmation in hand.
