I believe he is referencing an article by Tyler Rogoway some years back. Ill attach a link to the article. Some nice tidbits in there. He used to frequent another aviation forum with lots of insights. Apparently he aerial refueled 3 classified aircraft over Groom. One was supposedly the (Y)F-24 to which he sketched and posted online.
