Sounds like they are hoping the B-21 program goes the same way the B-2 program went in production numbers. Based on the dissertation posted by Smythers on 4/18 and linked below, I think we will succeed in producing a meaningful number of B-21s to make the program a success. We've taken the correct approach from day 1 to have the right conditions for success.
