I applied and was accepted on a tour, but then my tour was cancelled due to COVID (March 2020). When the tours re-opened last year, people with cancelled tours were given first choice before the dates were opened to everyone else. Looking through my records, I sent in my request (with completed badge applications) and got a reply about 3 weeks later. When the tours re-opened, most correspondence took about a week.
