Most police departments that employ bodycams are making the bodycam footage public in order to protect themselves from spurious claims of police misconduct. That's why you get all these TV shows that show nothing but police bodycam footage; the footage is freely available and they just need to hire a TV personality to read the voiceovers they write. Cheap entertainment. But I don't think it's really appropriate material for this website and I'm glad you agree.
