I cannot find the print article I saw about it, but there are some videos covering the story. Do a Youtube search for "unknown aircraft" + "washington coast" and it should come up. You'll get BS looking videos with lots of UFO and TR-3 illustrations while the news story of the sighting is read. But there are one or two videos that present the story minus most of the hype and discuss a few things like the visual stealth function the fishing crew boat witnessed.
