The best place I have found is a dirt road at the north end of the complex that runs along a fence line.Its about 100 yards south of the entrance to the Las Vegas Speedway and across the road. Its pretty awesome if you like noise. The fence line is about 25 yds from the end of the runway and they come in pretty hot.
