Enjoy your observations regarding the HALO and other subjects and am in substantial agreement with most. I want to pose a question for consideration. As the Chinese and Russian missile forces seem to be years ahead of us with DF-21 and it's follow-on as well as the Russian Zircon and others that seem to be designed for attack against CVA's and fixed base assets, are we playing into their strengths?
