Nah - sonic boom is sonic boom, and you hear it no matter what no matter the height. That air and sound has to go somewhere as it is violently displaced.

That's red flag 1

If it was that high? Good luck getting any detail at all, even with amazing optics and stabilized system its hard tracking fast moving airframes, so hiking and that detail? Not happening.

That's red flag 2

All in all? Not an account to take seriously.

Biggest red flag? Guy expects us to believe that at 45 thousand feet, he can best judge a distance to 10/20 feet. No way. Not happening.
