Upon advice from my attorney I have not published the search warrants yet, or whatever little of it I was handed. However, with every passing day that the FBI and OSI are holding my property and data hostage I am getting closer to publishing all the paperwork, including the names of some of the agents involved in the raid. I think the four month mark after the raid may be a good date for that if I have not heard back about my data by then. The search warrant specifically states that I have to be provided a copy of any data on seized digital devices upon request. Plenty of such requests from me and from my attorney, but still only crickets from the feds. FWIW, I have filed a complaint today about that and other procedural mistakes that were made with the NV Attorney General and the US Department of Justice.
