This is a fantastic response and I can definitely see this being the case. Even moreso as this serves a multipurpose capability, it holds both offensive and defensive merit. I remember something a while back about the US Army / DOD developing and or investing heavily into hologram technology. This seems to fit the bill for possibilities. It very quickly becomes apparent via elementary knowledge of thermodynamics that if the tic tacs / these objects have mass then much larger scientific theories get called into question. As such, I find it most conceivable to work my way backwards from the most likely (radar spoof + hologram) to any other conclusions. As an aside, I was slightly worried this would be ignored / removed as it may be interpreted as off-topic but go figure other folks (especially here) are aware of how Area 51 and R&D into radar technology is tightly intertwined.
