It's the National Air and Space Intelligence Center :) Sending the recovered items to Quantico may make logistical sense but they aren't equipped to handle this. The exploitation will probably be a joint effort between NASIC, the National Ground Intel Center (NGIC), the Canadiens (it did overfly their airspace as well), and several others...
