Red Flag Aggressors operating out of Area 51 again

The current Red Flag 23-1 includes Aggressors operating out of Area 51 again. For tonight's mission they were handed off from Area 51 "Control" to 123.225 and then to 141.675, a known Aggressor frequency, where they are currently operating.

Also, the Area 51 airspace is again used by Red Flag players.
