Anyway, it is very visible and doesn't look top secret at all. You can sit on either Brainwash or Clif Point and with luck see rather ordinary airplanes (f15s and F16s) fly over the site. I figure it is to give our forces a taste of foreign radar rather than to test anything very secretive. Of course, the area might have multiple uses as there are many scattered buildings in the area.
