Joerg, Not everything our federal government puts into writing turns out to be true. Hang in there. I hope, despite your rather intimate experience to the contrary, what IS IN WRITING in the US Constitution (as well as other substantial portions of federal, state and county law) - especially the portions about due process - turns out to be, shall we say "more true" than that stupid letter your attorney recently received. And for those reading this who are in a position of authority over what happened to Joerg, his property, and his family - here's your chance to be a hero and (at least try to) do the right thing. Because if you don't, you might not be next in line - but you are making sure you (or your kids and grandkids) will be in that line someday.
