I believe I know which property you are talking about. From what you say and what I have seen driving by it is certainly worth $25k. The current owners cleaned it up quite a bit from the condition it was in when they bought it.

There was also an undeveloped lot for sale up the road from that property, but I am not sure how much they were asking.

I agree. If I had $8k or even $10k to spare, I would buy a lot in Rachel right now. You can't go wrong, and it is a great place to live, or for a weekend getaway.
