It certainly could be a pool. The resolution of the new satellite image is not good enough to tell. Looking at the shadows I believe the blue colored area is at ground level, not the roof of something and not recessed either. Rather, it could be the foundation of something to be built on top. The 2/2022 satellite image shows the area being leveled. That would not make much sense for a pool, where the ground is be excavated. The blue color appears between June 27 and June 29. A small area was colored blue a couple of weeks earlier, between June 7 and June 9. That would be consistent with pouring a concrete foundation.
