Since Groom is a military installation they are more than likely using CAC (Common Access Card) which is a photo ID without personal identifying information and branch of service, or civilian government agency, or contractor company. Considering the extremely sensitive nature of the work and status of the base, security is going to be taken as seriously as a heart attack, even more so than a typical military installation.
