There is nothing interesting stored at Pt Mugu. There are occasionally things that show up for testing, but nothing that isn't already known. The base is way to open and there are way too many contractors to have black projects around. Usually anything that needs to be more secure would be at the hangar complex between runway 21 & 27. The big hangar just south of that complex across runway 27 was completely redone a few years ago to support MQ-4C Tritons. San Nic on the other hand has been known to host black projects over the years. Most are transit though due to lack of hangars and the number of contractors on the island. The airfield is perfect for hiding things from a geographical stand point. It is a known fact that Lockheed Martin was testing some aircraft, most likely a UAV, for quite some time out there several years back. It only flew at night when everyone was in town and the airfield was secured. Unfortunately very little has ever been known on what it was
