I can confirm the RLS drop downs were a real thing. Not sure why Mr Brown doesn’t remember? At his level why would you remember the tested things that didn’t work out? I recall seeing them on a few but not all of the F-117A’s. Certainly was installed on one of the Dragon test birds. Most of the time I saw the cut out and they stayed in the up and stowed position. It was the retractible UHF antennas that I knocked my head on a few times.
