Looking at yesterday's entire flight history of Janet 10 the pattern over Groom was likely part of a mission, not proficiency. They picked up folks from Plant 42 and Edwards in the early morning, brought them to Groom, did the pattern work over the base and then returned the folks to EDW and PMD in the afternoon. This looks like a mission involving people from these two location. Janet 10 may have been flying chase, or it may have been the mission aircraft. Either way, they were obviously not very concerned about the mission being tracked on ADSB. I have recently heard Groom Tower even asking an FAA aircraft to turn off their ADSB transmitter, which they declined. But Janet 10 would have certainly done that if needed.
