R4806E covers an area about 10 miles wide (E-W) and about 50 miles long (N-S) just west of the Sheep Range from near Upper Pharanagat lake down to Hayford Peak and covering T-bone lake. The times in the NOTAM seem to just extend the usual active time to include the pre-daylight hours. The area to the west, R4806W, is active all the time. Could be some night training? KMMM is the Mormon Mesa VOR; don't know why this would be associated with that navaid. (disclaimer - My Las Vegas sectional chart is a little old. Things could be different now.)
