I mixed up things. The correct date format is 12/2/2016. So we are talking about a time frame of only 10 days.

Here are more captures. Beyond doubt something really happened there. I try to summarize what I have found so far.

12/2/2016 - no changes
12/12/2016 - new roads and a suspicious dark spot appear at 37.250672, -115.698307
12/25/2016 - dark spot still visible
1/11/2017 - wide, shine road but the spot is partly covered by clouds
2/13/2017 - dark spot fades away

Sadly the resolution is very low and I cannot see any changes around the other (SU-27?) site. I think it is just a faint road and nothing else. We would rather search for massive changes on the terrain.

On the World imagery wayback site just click on the map and you can get the exact date when the image was captured. I link a screenshot of the crash site from 2021 marking the location of that dark spot.
