Thanks for the warning, Tom. Those are some seriously alarming values. Definitely not a good camp spot. Makes you wonder if it is a coincidence that DOE put all the radiation monitoring stations in locations in the valleys... You mentioned the radiation level at the Tikaboo saddle. Did you take any readings at the top?
Would be interesting to see if you get even higher values in higher locations. At the top of Flat Top, for instance.
