Unfortunately I was not monitoring last night. I also don't have 258.200 in my list. 288.800 is used in the 60's ranges during Red Flag and other exercises but it may very well also be used for Ramrod missions. It is unusual to have sensitive missions fly near a full moon, but not impossible if the aircraft stay within the restricted R-4806W air space.
