Somewhat on topic (if ATC is "on topic"), this link will get you a live air traffic map of the San Francisco Bay Area. If you go to the top of the map somewhat near the right extreme, the red area is Travis AFB. It would be interesting if any planes show up on the display.

The altitude of the plane is displayed at the bottom left of the screen if you put your cursor over the plane.

I had to go to the sun microsystems website and install their java to make this work.
