Nice catch. Not sure what to make of that. It mentions WSINT 21B, the graduation phase of the Nellis-based weapons school that is currently going on. That airspace is frequently used by tankers and other heavies from Nellis enroute to their designated tracks in the eastern MOAs. But not above FL500.

The UTC times translate to tomorrow 9:30am local until Wed 1:30am local. My guess would be a high altitude asset, likely a UAV, participating in WSINT.
