For an over the horizon/ beyond line of sight aircraft/weapon what would be preferred? Lower IR with stealth elements, or lower visual signature? Is that the test? Like the story says, the F-22 can operate in the range of 60k feet, so for a UAV that needed to loiter over the horizon/denied area what would be the best "skin" to allow it to survive? Give up one for the other?
