Well, when I saw the site is about "chemtrails" I had my doubts. But the calculators on the site seems accurate. Plugging in the data for the camera and assuming a wing span of 120 feet I get an altitude of 72,927 feet. From my own calculations I get an altitude of 70,266 feet. Well within tolerance (3.65%). So if it was an RQ-180 and it has a wing span of 120 feet it was at an altitude above 70,000 feet. That in itself is interesting. Thanks for the link.
