The attached link has whatever little info I have on the towers and some photos in various stages of development.

The bigger tower appears to be an air-ground relay. The dome on top is an omni directional antenna for aircraft and the white panel appears to be pointed to Mount Irish, a major data hub. The tan objects 3/4 up the tower could be omni antennas for a data link to ground units.

Anyone care to make an educated guess?
