Well, it is a beautiful hardcover book. I have seen the copy the publishing house sent TD. It is massive! Per TD it is his previous three Area 51 and NTS books rolled into one, with lots of new information added. Like I said, it is cheaper than an Area 51 tour, and you get the information straight from the guy who lived Area 51 history.
