The Beech Janets have no set schedule. LSV is not one of their normal stops though. The routing you describe sounds like they picked up VIPs at LSV, took them into the Ranges and returned them to LSV when they were done with whatever they were doing. The Janets are based at LAS, so most of the time their round trips start and end at LAS.
