As late as the early 90s, the RAAF used to run a scheduled embassy support and shuttle/liaison flight to/from the US using their 707 tanker transports. I know they stopped routinely at (now closed) McClellan and Norton AFBs, as well as in DC. Saw them a couple times at WPAFB and Travis. I worked with a RAAF exchange officer stationed at the Safety Center at Norton who had stacked cases of KB Lager delivered by those flights. If they are still being conducted, it's almost certainly being done with C-17s.
