You can also apply for a free set-up from Flightradar24.

There are some conditions attached, like having to be up and running within a week from receipt of the receiver, but the kit is 100% complete.
It's based on a powerful Beaglebone computer, and includes a GPS chip. It's an all-in-one, custom made Flightradar24 package.

Flightradar24 make their decision as to whether they'll send you a free kit based on coverage (or lack of it) in the exact area you note you'll be installing it.
Of course the big benefit (besides adding to the coverage) is that Flightradar24 will give you a $500.00 a year business package for as long as you continue to maintain the ADS-B feed.
