The turnoff is at 37°34'13.1"N 115°39'51.1"W.
The hill I've sat on (and probably the easiest hike) is at 37°33'59.8"N 115°39'37.7"W, but there are three hills of similar height there to choose from. Joerg can probably give you more up-to-date advice on that.
