I picked up some comms on 278.400. Also picking up intermittent signals with approximately 200+kHz bandwidth on 318.500 and 253.200 that may be related. That bandwidth is way more tan needed for voice comms. The spikes in the attached screen shot are caused by overload because I had the gain cranked up too high. No detectable audio on AM or FM. Sounds like data packets.
