There is plenty of evidence in the photos that the RAM coatings are still being maintained, with fresh patches all over the aircraft. This has been standard practice since the beginning of the program.

At the same time, the earlier photos revealed that the anti-collision lights were still on the aircraft, which means the aircraft is not in its full stealth configuration. So in one sense, yes, RCS is still very important by maintaining the skins and removing the bolt-on radar reflectors, but in another sense no, they could do more to reduce RCS if they chose to.
