It sure is. I am pretty sure about N654BA though, as it was used as a testbed in a recent mission out of TTR. That still leaves them with at least one more King Air than they have parking spots at the Las Vegas Janet terminal. Looks like for now they are rotating them, with one or two always at a station other than the Vegas terminal.
