Maybe Joerg can shed a light on this: While scanning GE around Rachel and Basecamp, I stumbled over "City" by Michael Heizer, the gigantic sculpture/installation project in Garden Valley. I wonder if this has been made accessible to the public by now or if he is still chasing other people away? Is there an access road from Rachel to the site (if so, 4WD is mandatory I guess)? Any insights on this?
