If the first "structure" is simply a hole with which they are attached to the "coat" of the rat figure and not a letter "O", I would read the rest as three letters each, "AMS" at the top and "BIA" below??! No idea what that is though ...

And any thoughts about the "handbag"? Is the "M" simply short for "money" and the green pieces sticking out dollar notes, as with Scrooge McDuck in a cartoon?
