Looks like they arrived from Orlando/Melbourne International Airport in Florida on Sunday. They are flying out of Palmdale, USAF Plant 42.

They were flying low racetracks earlier SW of China Lake. Currently they are in a high orbit following the same track.

Not surprisingly they are based at Northrop's Site 4, associated with the B-2 program. That site has seen recent hangar construction and other upgrades. See attached link.

Thanks for the heads up. Definitely a player to keep an eye on.
