They’re certainly flying nearby the canyon but as far as entering the canyon that’s not happening because there’s a NOTAM for 1500’ offset or 1500’ above the canyon. There were a couple of F-18’s that went thru a little over a year ago but that was a one off event recreating the path Lt Walker flew into the canyon for the navy’s investigation. You’re wasting your time at Father Crowley. Drive down the 190 and park in the middle of the dry lake bed, or drive to the south end of panamint near the monument signs at Ballarat on Trona/Wildrose. There’s a radar station there, highly recommend.
