FORTE12 also Hex: AE5415 did a similar flight on 2021-04-24, less than a week ago and I vaguely recall a similar callsign also operating out of Siciliy over the Black Sea. Why some of these things show up at all while others do not transmit - to send a message to somebody (but this "somebody" should see it on its radar anyway)?
