GINGR68 (Hex: AE5415) had an interesting flight path tonight - from Ukraine to Kuwait/Iraqi border carefully avoiding Turkey but overflying Israel shown at 55.000 ft - is this a manned platform or something like a RQ-4?
There is also a tanker nearby now 63-8045 (Hex: AE0154) but did RQ-4 refueling go beyond tests?
