Especially markings, tail fin flash (they have new ones again), and anything "unusual".

I 'm planning on doing a page for EVERY aircraft (like habu.org did for the Blackbirds), so photos showing the tails and or main gear doors are cool.

Hey, try to get them to let you in the cockpit...I have found 1 instance of such for "higher up" airshow volunteers. I'm sure the guys probably got in trouble, unless the AF never found out about it.
