For example, a few days ago, a USAF KC135 flew a long orbit across northern Germany, centered on Bremen and Hamburg, which I never saw before and is unusual since this is pretty populated area - but no associated aircraft visible on ADS-B And around the same time, Wiesbaden Army Airfield (home of USAREUR) must have had a very important visitor, as a small business jet came in from the east with two Blackhawk chopper flying exactly around the base perimeter and disappeared right after the jet had landed.
